CANCELLATION
Cancellations without sufficient notice may result in a charge of the first night's room and tax.
We collect full payment to guarantee your reservation, refundable prior to 3pm the day before your scheduled check in.
We offer contactless check in for your safety and convenience. Rooms are guaranteed ready by 3pm. If you have not received your keycode information by 10 AM the morning of the reservation please contact us so we can make sure the contact information we have is accurate.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. We provide a covered smoking area in the garden at the back of the property. Smoking in your room will result in a $200 cleaning charge on your card on file.
Damage to rooms will result in a fee charged on the credit card on file at the discretion of the owners.
Pets are welcome with a $25 fee per night.
We are happy to mail items that have been left behind. We will collect a valid credit card (if one is not on file), and charge a $10 handling fee to verify the card. Once we have shipped the item, we will charge the shipping charges to the same card.
Check out is at 11am. Later checkouts may be granted upon request.
